Melanie's Friends
Melanie discovers that it's hard to be friends with someone who bullies. She attempts to talk to friends outside of her clique only to be chastised by the perceived leader, Cassandra. When attempting to stand up for other students being teased in the conversation, Melanie quickly changes her mind based on her peers' reactions. This situation showcases why students might hesitate to speak up as a bystander to bullying.
